If your non-profit organization is planning events for the Huntsville metro area, I am pleased to offer you our services at no cost. Here are some guidelines to help you decide if you can benefit from this offer:

• Your organization has a significant client base of Hispanics or Brazilians.
• Your organization has a significant employee base of Hispanics or Brazilians.
• Your event is a promotion or fund-raiser for a charitable, not-for-profit purpose.
• Your event provides free information or services to the public.
• Your event is themed around Latin American events, culture or language.
• The event attendees are interested in dancing or listening to Latin music.
• Your event promotes diversity and tolerance of other cultures.

I understand that our focus is very narrow (Latin dance and music) and our services won’t be appropriate for every event; however whenever we can add value to your organization’s events, we are pleased to do so.

In a typical scenario, DJTropical will provide a PA system and disc jockey for your event. Latin music is spicy, upbeat and positive and will get your group up and dancing. Depending on the type and location of the event, we may also provide dance lessons, vocalists and other entertainment. Please contact me if DJTropical can be of service.
